	Arrival Time for bride up to 4 hours prior to ceremony.
	Upstairs Dressing Area in the home, available for the gentlemen. (Complete with a wide-screen TV and kitchen area and outdoor balcony.)
	Large Dressing Area for the ladies; located downtairs in the MasterSuite.
	Hors d' oeuvres & drinks for the Bridal Party & immediate family
	Chairs (up to 250; includes set-up & take down )
	Gift Table
	Guest Register Stand, Unity Candle Stand, Kneeling Bench (available upon request)
	Horse & Carriage: Cinderella or Vis-a'vis We make every effort to supply your 1^st choice of carriages; however, in the event of unseen circumstances, we reserve the right to use our 2^nd carriage.)
	Wedding Coordinator
	Wedding Director (Rehearsal to be held at our facility)

**Use of the Facility for the Reception, including:**
	Tables & Chairs for up to 250 guests
	Linens (Soft Ivory Pin-tuck or Black Iridescent Crush; other colors available, upon request for a fee)
	Centerpieces
	Dance Floor
	Restroom Facilities
	Buffet Table
	Prep-Kitchen for Caterer
	40 x 60 Framed Tent on a concrete foundation (available upon request)
	Wedding Coordinator to decorate for your event

At The Saratoga Springs, we only
schedule one wedding per day, so this assures you the entire day, with no time limits. Just imagine your special day, the bride arriving in a horse drawn carriage...all taking place in a beautiful plantation setting...and a banquet hall filled with all of your family and friends!
